It is my goal to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me through the website so I can make it right for you. On some occassions returns and refunds are accepted, however, only after I have been given the chance to correct any issues with your order. Each issue is considered on a case by case basis.
